For Freight Forwarders, we are able to provide a Contingent Automobile Liability program. This will cover the Freight Forwarder if and when he is brought into a suit as a result of hiring a trucking company to  deliver a load who has an accident en route. The policy will be written  on the same form as used for the Truck Brokers Contingent Automobile Liability and will investigate, indemnify, and defend any covered claim.
 

Our program provides the Freight Forwarder with a Freight  Forwarders Contingent Automobile Liability policy which can be tailored  to provide limits of:
 

            a) $1,000,000 any one occurrence/
                 $1,000,000 annual aggregate
 

            b) $1,000,000 any one occurrence/
                 $2,000,000 annual aggregate
 

            c) $2,000,000 any one occurrence/
                 $2,000,000 annual aggregate
 

            d) $3,000,000 any one occurrence/
                 $3,000,000 annual aggregate
 

             e) $4,000,000 any one occurrence/
                 $4,000,000 annual aggregate
 

             f) $5,000,000 any one occurrence/
                 $5,000,000 annual aggregate
