Freight Forwarders Contingent

For Freight Forwarders, we provide a Contingent Automobile Liability program. This program covers the Freight Forwarder in the case of legal claims, as a result from hiring a trucking company to deliver loads where an accident occurs. The policy is written on the same form as the Truck Brokers Contingent Automobile Liability and provides investigation, indemnity, and defense on any covered claim.
 

This program offers a Freight Forwarders Contingent Automobile Liability policy which can be tailored to provide limits of:

                 $1,000,000 annual aggregate
 

            b) $1,000,000 any one occurrence/
